  2. I have been fixing my fire damaged house for 3 months.I have only just completed the demolition, cleanup, first odor removal and base coat on washed/sanded surfaces. And it wasn't neeearly this bad. I think you are going to have a bad time. I am only now even looking at prices of new interior wall materials and stuff.
